“While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. “I had to call a staff member on a house phone to come down to the lobby. That took 10 minutes because the member was cleaning rooms. The interior and exterior of the building desperately is in need of upgrades and paint. It was so bad that we could only stay one night.”
