“The property is a well-preserved block home that has been redone and is sandwiched between two new homes. It is in a quiet, older neighborhood that is super convenient in relationship to the airport, stadium and all South Tampa and the new midtown have to offer. Everything was neat and fresh looking. “We had a wonderful stay at this home. Excellent communication and the home was spotless. We went to the Zach Bryan at Raymond James and it was a 5 minute Uber there and a 30 minute walk back. Home has everything you need plus nice extras like bottled water, coffee and extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. Plenty of extra towels and extra blankets. “One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!”
