Resort a Northwest Tampa

“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“One star avoid this hotel. I prepaid for my three-night stay through Expedia. My Expedia receipt clearly states that $1,248.27 was already paid and only $118.65 was due at the property. However, the hotel gave me a folio showing $292.40 in charges and also placed a separate $450 pending incidental authorization on my card.
