Resort a Northwest Tampa

“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.”

“The resort was great. Hate that I paid for a room for a week and had to also pay for parking. Always trying to get more money out of people who already are giving trust and money into somewhere for a week. Also our tv in the room had some major sound issues one min you could not hear then the next it was so load. But in all we had a great week and enjoyed much needed rest and sunshine”
