“The hotel is very dated. The staff are very friendly. It was quite clean but being a Towncenter hotel it was extremely noisy through the night into the early hours of the morning and then to cap it off workmen started work on the McDonald’s opposite at 6 am in the morning, so I’m not a great night sleep. ”

“Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out. Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal. Super breakfast with lots of choice.”

“Although there was scaffolding on the back of the building, there was no noise or evidence of building being done when inside, a credit to the cleaning team. The staff are wonderful from the great welcome on arrival to the next morning’s fabulous breakfast team. Thank you”

“Check in was easy & we were shown our room & where everything was. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast & what time. The breakfast was very good & prompt including toast & either tea or coffee. The location is very central & within walking distance & has a car park which made things easier. The only downside which was beyond their control was the 17 weeks of roadworks nearby which confused the sat nav. Definitely would use again. Il ristorante ha sbagliato la comanda del pranzo e la colazione è molto english, scarsa selezione di colazione dolce, macchina espresso in bella vista ma non possibile avere un cappuccino…. Unica alternativa l’ immancabile tea o il black coffee! La stessa macchina lavora probabilmente a pranzo e a cena ma è spenta per colazione…”

“Non male nel complesso. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose e luminose. Faceva molto freddo nella mia ed anche se ho chiamato due volte per alzare la temperatura è rimasta la stessa centralizzata. La colazione nella media sebbene le uova erano o immerse nel latte o nell’olio. Non tantissime opzioni senza glutine e lattosio. Nel complesso carino.”
