“Great customer service, always responded promptly if not immediately. Clean with everything needed for stay. The one small issue was that only one key card was provided so partner had to be let on the elevator/in pool if we were not always together. We did not ask, or request a second card so no fault of the host. Just be aware to indicate you need a second card. ”

“Not aware of all the extra costs. Extra cleaning. Extra parking. Extra housekeeping ( and you don’t even do any).”

“Our room was not ready at the check in time. The cleanliness was sub par at best. Light over shower was out and very dim in the bathroom. No wash clothes. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. I would not stay in this unit again. We were traveling with friends who had a super nice condo and we paid about the same price. ”

“Reception inesistente, arredo delle camere fatiscente, angolo cottura in condizioni pessime, piatti e bicchieri in dotazione spaiati , bagno con vasca scrostata. Molto rumoroso sia di giorno sia, soprattutto, di notte.La classificazione è sopravvalutata. Unico lato positivo è l'ubicazione ma tutti gli hotel in zona Waikiki sono comodissimi alla spiaggia che è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Consiglio di visionare bene le foto: spendendo poco di più ci sono hotel con servizi decisamente...
