The space
Bedroom:
There are 3 private bedrooms: two bedrooms offer a king and queen premium memory foam mattress. The third bedroom offers a futon and queen air mattress with a dedicated work/office space. Luxury linens and towels are provided for you to relax after a busy day.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots, pans, kitchenware, sparkling water and more! We want this to be a home experience for you while you are visiting.

Entertainment:
The living room is equipped with a 4K Sony OLED TV and Sony soundbar. The TV has Netflix already logged in. Come home and relax!

On-Site Fun:
Escape onto the backyard deck, kick back on the modular couch, stay fresh and clean with convenient washer/dryer access, stay active with the free weights and corn hole in the back and/or take a selfie in front of the art throughout the house. Make yourself at home!

Location:
Apartment is literally across the street from BART station, which is just one stop to Downtown SF (Embarcadero). You can get there in less than 10 mins w/ a $3.45 ticket.

Parking:
This unit comes with driveway parking in the front of the house. Please pull all the way up in the driveway. For additional parking, you can park your car on the street or in the BART station parking lot across the street. For street parking, be sure to move your car during the street cleaning day (12:30PM - 3:30PM on Thursday or Friday depending on which side of the street). For BART station parking lot, fees are required Monday through Friday from 4:00AM to 3:00PM (Free any other time). Remember, it is never wise to leave things visible in the car when in San Francisco bay area.

Noise & Quiet Hours:
Since BART is right across the street, you will probably be able to hear some noise from the passing trains.
Guest access
You have private access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom downstairs apartment, #525. Please, make yourself at home. The backyard deck and space is shared with the guests upstairs, #527. Please be respectful.
Other things to note
Clean air provided by Molekule air purifier. Murals curated by the good folks over at Good Mother Gallery, a local Oakland art gallery. Please be respectful of guests in the upstairs unit and be mindful of excessive loud noise. Thank you!
