“We stayed for 5 nights and honestly expected a much better resort/hotel experience. The apartment was extremely hot despite being in a mountain area, with no AC, and only one small fan for a three bed apartment, and we dealt with multiple bugs, which made sleeping difficult as there was no way to open windows without bugs coming in (no bug screen). “L'hotel si trova in un posto magico e fuori dal tempo. Camera grande e ben curata con vasca e doccia! Spa e piscina panoramica bellissime, una vera chicca. Colazione super ricca davanti ad un panorama incredibile. Consigliatissimo per staccare da tutto e tutti. Personale cordialissimo. In estate la strada per raggiungere Melchsee è soggetta a delle restrizioni di orario, essendo molto stretta si sale nelle ore pari e si scende in quelle dispari. ”

“The proprietors are beyond fantastic!! They offer a set meal dinner every night (menu changes) and it’s fantastic!!! Breakfast and coffee are wonderful too. Coin operated washer dryer was great! They helped us get our add on tickets to our Swiss rail pass to get to the must see mountain tops was extremely helpful! I’m telling you this place is great! No AC but they did give me a fan for the room that worked out perfectly.”
