“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

“The rooms are well appointed. Except our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so after a shower it was pretty humid in there. Otherwise. Food and pools especially adult areas are pleasant and well stocked. Staff is kind friendly and always happy to see you. Food is healthy and also others are options for all types of eaters. “I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least.
