This brand-new ground-up construction 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 653 sq. ft.,1st-story condo in a triplex has a new modern interior, as well as brand new interior and exterior furnishings - making it a great “fresh choice'' for your seaside vacation interlude.

Another great feature is that it is west of I-5, therefore closer to the ocean and the community itself. Other awesome pluses are that it only 3 short blocks (0.4 miles/6-minute) walk to the sand, 3 short blocks (0.3) miles to Oceanside’s Pier District where you will find wonderful restaurants, shops cafes, 8 miles (13-min) to LEGOLAND, 19 miles (22-min) to the Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds, and 19 miles (37-min) to downtown San Diego - with its own great array of world-class attractions as well.

There is access to a communal 3rd-floor roof top deck and access to a barbecue grill for those times when meal making needs to be fun, quick, and easy. Enjoy the cool breeze from your private balcony, or head upstairs to the communal deck.

Enter and find yourself in a spacious great room with all the modern amenities that you would expect - a living room with a large flat screen TV and lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy it, a beach chic dining area for 6, and a modern kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, and a kitchen island as well. There are 2 bedrooms in this home with a queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room so 6 people can sleep comfortably here with a maximum of 6 people allowed. The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bath, and the 2nd shared bathroom is modern and new as well.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, WIFI and cable, 1 gated driveway parking spot with a sign, and a stacked washer and dryer for your use.

Great location, easy walk to downtown restaurants, easy walk to the beach. We stayed with two small children plenty of room, nice kitchen. Garage spot came in handy over the 4th of July weekend.

The property is very clean , location is great. Condo has everything you need starting with salt in the kitchen, dishwasher and washer pods, extra toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner that wasn’t listed in the description, beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. We loved our stay. We didn’t hear our neighbors, it was nice and quiet. The only inconvenience was that gate wasn’t connected to the remote control, we had to get out and punch the code.

Everything about this place was AMAZING!! Soooo beautiful, inside and out! Perfect walking distance to the beach, and to restaurants. I chose this rental because of the rooftop area with a fire pit and table- which was delightful for some girl time with a glass of wine. We had everything we needed, and it just helped make this the perfect trip! I would most definitely stay here again.

The house was new, nicely furnished, and clean. We really loved the location most of all. It’s only a couple blocks west to the beach, and the same distance south to downtown Oceanside. We spent every night walking down to the beach, over to the pier, and then into downtown for dinner. We would absolutely rent this unit again.

The location is absolutely perfect. We did not have to get into our car for anything. Beach is close, stores, pier, etc. The only thing I recommend is that all rooms have ceiling fans--especially the rooms that do not have any AC units. It got really hot and humid. Some air circulating would have been much better.

Great trip. Arriving at the place, I was a bit skeptical because of the construction/renovation going on. But it turned out to be fine. The noise from the nearby trains wasn’t too bad either considering I’m a pretty light sleeper. Place was clean but smaller than expected based on the pics. Angles can do wonders. There were a few appliances that we would’ve like especially a toaster. But the oven was a substitute. Place is basically walking distance from the beach with a few convenience stores along the way so that was nice. My only complaint is the toilets. I know it’s CA so the toilets are minimal water usage. But in a STR they’re not good. Toilet really clogged after one use from a toddler. Very difficult to get someone to come out and plunger wasn’t the right size for the toilet. So toilet sat overnight full. After being told someone would be out to fix it first thing in the morning I finally just went to Walmart a picked up the right size plunger. All was well after. It would also be nice to have known upfront about the LLC involvement rather than an individual. It’s something I pay attention to. Concept has definitely changed from individual ownership to llc and small Expedias. Small complaint but it was there. Good trip and decent place overall.

Great location. Beautiful Condo. Walk to the beach and Oceanside downtown. Wished it had boogie boards and beach chairs but we made it work.
