“What a lovely setting for a stay in Rotarua! Close enough to town to have easy access while keeping a bit of distance between the amazing geysers and their aromas and antics. Further, the rooms and grounds are a destination in themselves, with the accommodating manager Rajiv Shama and his staff always available to help with questions, reservations, and transportation. Breakfasts were lovely and fast. Take the time to walk the grounds and talk to the parrots. Thoroughly charming. ”

“We were a group of 17 seniors who booked out the whole motel. As it's an older building there was plenty of space for sharing and lovely lawns. We were back off the busy main road so we're not disturbed by traffic noise. We could walk to the Skyline gondola and were right next door to the rabbit mini golf. We played at night. So beautiful with the real rabbits and all the lights. The owners were very helpful and quick to fix any issues we had.”

“I don’t know why people rated so low. It’s a little dated but for the price and the area it’s pretty good. Small hot spring pool is basically a private pool. The bed was clean and comfortable and had full kitchen available with cutlery and plates, cups microwave and oven. I would definitely recommend if you are on a budget. Most other hotels in the area are much more expensive. Staff was friendly and made sure everything was satisfactory. It’s not a brand new property but well taken care of.”

“Ostello in pieno centro a Rotorua con possibilità di prendere come la nostra camere matrimoniali con bagno privato chiaramente a un prezzo maggiore. Camere abbastanza piccole ma funzionali, camera pulita anche se in bagno abbiamo trovato un capello non nostro.....letto comodo...alla reception Ping pong e biliardo gratuito e offerte di tante escursioni a prezzi scontati!!! Personale molto accogliente”
