Hotel in zona Ogle Meadows, Burnsville

“Very cute little place. Family run. Nothing fancy. Clean, comfortable and safe. Well stocked kitchenette. Great towels. Good coffee too. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.”

“Lovely spot, easy to get to and easy to walk from there to everywhere in town. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay while we were in town for a friend's wedding. Thank you!”

“Professional staff, room was super nice, clean, complimentary breakfast was well kept, items were hot and good. Clean breakfast area.”

“Great updated historical property! Food was excellent and enjoyed the bars with different settings and live music.”

“Super clean!! Especially with it spread out. Beautiful mornings drinking coffee and looking at the mountains. Be prepared, it is a drive so bring what you need!!”

“Nice place & good staff members.”

“This hotel was in a great location off I40. Clean room, nice big bathroom and comfy king bed. My only complaint was the air freshener they were using was overpowering until I shut off the dispenser. The little interaction we had with staff was good. Definitely would stay here again.”

“Overall I beautiful hotel in a good, walkable area. It was quiet and safe with plenty of shops and restaurants you could walk to easily. I would probably not recommend the hotel restaurant. The people were super friendly but the breakfast was just mediocre for an expensive price.”

“OK for a night or two stay, nothing fancy. Seemed understaffed, especially during breakfast, but the ones who were there were friendly and helpful. The property is showing its age but clean. Pool was closed for the season which is reasonable given we were there in October.”

“Power went out, but that was hurricanes fault. Shower cycled from cold to hot, on hot setting. Shower head inefficient. Walls paper thin, felt like we couldnt make 'noise'. Heat unit was way noisy. Cool old place though, comsidering the items above. Guy running the place (which i think he was temporary) said they were having trouble finding someone to run the joint, so I'd expect for this place to not last. Oh, volume control on remotes did not work. Resturant and bar not open.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, and very quiet! Will be returning!!”

“Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....
