“The staff were helpful and nice. For the discounted price accommodations were clean and very nice. Exterior trim needs a refreshing but I’m not complaining. However, the breakfast staff were incredibly slow. We nearly walked out but the couple before us did walk out and we were seated next. Honestly, the staff should have been able to handle the amount of tables but were not efficient. We had to get up and find silverware and napkins for ourselves even though it was wait to be seated full...

“No hot tub”

“There was no breakfast on my last morning there. Which is supposed to be included in the price I paid for. Rooms are decent but no microwave is included and there was no body wash in the shower. only shampoo and conditioner”

“This hotel has gone downhill since the first time we stayed. They removed the treat jars from the elevators; the dog park is a disaster. They never have waste bags filled in the dispensers any time we have stayed. The gate on the opposite side of the park is completely off its hinges and was just lying on the ground. The whole point of a dog park is so dogs can't get out but with no gate they can get out. Not safe as an advertised dog park. The amenities for dogs are advertised as one thing...

“The rooms are HUGE and so clean. The area is quiet and close to everything. You do have to pay to park for $20 or valet for $35. My only wish would be coffee in the lobby.”
