“My only issue is the fact that i reserved a jacuzzi room and I was they didn't have any when i arrived to the hotel. Not only did Expedia show available Jacuzzi rooms but so did Red Roofs actual website. At the very least they could have given me the heads up. I was also charged the rate for the Jacuzzi room. They employee blamed it on Expedia. I drove further and paid more expecting the room i paid for. ”

“Our stay got off on a negative. The lady at front desk, Jane, was not very welcoming nor did she explain anything about the breakfast, how to connect to WiFi, or anything else most front desk employees share at check-in. The room we selected was the Presidential suite which was roomy and comfortable. However we had problems connecting to the WiFi. We wanted to call the front desk but there wasn’t a phone in the room or any number to reach the front desk. Also the smart TV in the room was...
