“Our TV remote was not working properly..at check out was told we needed 2 remotes but only one in room...”

“Door would Not lock 5 days, bathtub drain plugged, no housekeeping for 7 days, I took towels down n brought clean ones back up, as I did trash. When they unplugged tub the dude left the towels on the BR floor-we cleaned it up. Day after they fixed the door it was broken. BR door shut n locked, the doornob on was put on backwards. Dump, shoddy at best. Best Western should be Ashamed to have its name attached.”
