“Clean room and great location to the airport”

“Very nice stay. Lovely big comfy bed. Clean and spacious room with good facilities. Staff very friendly. Only comment was that when we asked how to get the rugby on the tv channel, they weren't able to help and said to go over to the pub, which we did and saw it there, but maybe something that could be checked.”

“I was happy with the shops surrounded by the hotel which is great, but just with the rooms I would say it is clean but we need a good clean of the carpets or even replace. In our room we had the tiles in the bathroom has lifted so it would need a bit of maintenance done on the rooms. Your beds were a bit uncomfortable so probably need new beds. Thats my honest feedback, but other than that I will go back to The Halswell. Thank you”

“Clean rooms and good night meals”

“Overall we had a good stay at the motel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Most parts of the experience were smooth and enjoyable. The only major issue was the airport shuttle service. We paid $15 to book the 6am shuttle to the airport, but it never arrived. We waited until 6:30am with no communication or update from the motel. In the end, we had to book an Uber ourselves for a very similar price just to make our flight. What was most disappointing...

“Only 1 day did the housekeeping staff forget to clean our cups. Breakfast - needs better coffee machine and options for guests who are lactose intolerant and also soy intolerant.”
