“The hotel and staff were great and the property was clean. My only complaint would be that my husband and I were unable to get a proper nights rest due to the large room only having one AC vent, and that vent was over the entry door. No matter how low we adjusted the air, the room wouldn’t cool. ”

“My experience at The Element Hotel was okay. The staff members were polite and very accommodating. My room was clean and prepared upon my arrival. During my stay, my bathroom lost power 3 times which caused me to not have the lighting I needed when I was using the restroom area. The staff was always helpful when I shared that my power was out, but I feel that it was an inconvenience. ”
