“Floors were dirty, TV did not work, no hand soap in the room, had to ask for extra wash rags and towels, trash was laying in the walkway to get to the room that had not been picked up, breakfast was very basic that you had to get the milk and very limited juice out of the fridge that was sitting next to the employees lunch for the day, about the same thickness between the sheet and the comforter(that was probably bought in the 80's when the motel was built). “We got an upgrade to a bigger room and it was amazing. Only there 2 nights but swam at the pool and the fire and ice bar was great. Ate at the HK restaurant and food was delicious and great service. It's an older establishment but well maintained. We didn't use but they had a gaming room and a movie theater which I thought was a great addition for the kids.”
