“Our room had a terrible smell. When we asked about changing rooms because of the smell, we were told that they were sold out. They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). When I asked about the guarantee that hangs for customers to read by the front desk (it says something about how they will make it...

“Very clean and safe environment. Nice Mexican restaurant in walking distance as well as very friendly staff! Definitely going to stay here again!!!”

“I would have given it an excellent review however we were not told the pool amenity was not allowed to be used due to inspection not completed. One of the biggest reason it was chosen was for the pool. My children were very upset. I was too. I think we should not have been charged for this amenity or should have received a discount. Or we should have been told up front before we booked room.”

“The first room, the door would not open. He gave me a second room and the room was filthy. Floor was not sweep or mopped, vanity mirror was smeared, television was out, but the hotel down the street had television, a fragrant odor that was strong, and the bed didn't look inviting. I checked out and went to another hotel. I would like a refund on my visit.”

“Easy check in and check out! Rooms were tidy with all that you need.”

“Booked this hotel, received my confirmation, when I arrived they said they were full! Had to find other accommodations, so not satisfied at all with Super 8. The hotel could've at least called, texted, or emailed, to let me know there had been a mistake made in my booking, but I was blindsided the day of my check in.”

“The room was not clean at all. The refrigerator was disgusting. The mirror was broken. The remote control to the TV did not work. The room smelled terribly. The staff was ok, but it was a very poor experience overall. We left and went to another hotel.”
