“Our room was not clean. We didn’t receive blankets or pillows. We had to keep asking for products in room. Housekeeping was terrible. Elevators dirty. Trash in hallways. ”

“Our stay had two issues, of which one was resolved by the hotel staff, and the second was left unresolved for the duration of our visit. First, we booked three identical rooms through Expedia, all of which were to be pool-side rooms with 2 queen beds. When we were checking in, the hotel claimed we had booked two pool side rooms and one standard room. After we were checked in, I pulled up the prepaid reservation and pointed out to the staff the discrepancy. The hotel staff resolved this issue...

“We absolutely loved our stay here! I have already recommended it to a few people. The rooms need updated. There were minor things like towel holders that was hanging by a screw. The plastic lip on the door for the shower kept falling off. The beds made a lot of noise. It looked like they were starting repairs. The rooms are very small. You do have a small standing balcony. We did not get an ocean view room but had a clear view of the ocean as well as the boulevard. The breakfast was amazing!...

“It was funny when we got there it was the exact same Condo I had started in the previous year! It was very clean! The Check in was easy! Only part I didn't like was when I asked about early check in it seemed to be an automated system that answered me back instead of an actual person . It said no early check-in. So we had to find other things to do for about 3 hours!”

“The house was perfect for our group! With a group of teenagers coming with us the game room was a hit. Everything looked great when we got there and was a perfect location for what we were in the area for. (Youth ministry conference over at the Wharf). We really enjoyed ourselves while staying at this house.”

“Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!!
