“Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. When I requested extra water, it was brought up to my room quickly, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I had specifically requested a city-view room, but I was given a suite without the city view. While the suite itself was nice, I wasn’t informed at check-in that it didn’t have the requested view, so I didn’t realize until I got to the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I wish there had been better...

“Our stay was amazing, one of the Betsy was extremely helpful and so sweet! We had an issue with our door it was some kind of machinal malfunction and she was extremely understanding and quick in helping us figure it out, the room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast tasted amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing! I'll definitely be booking again for my husband and I!”

“Good hotel for the price”

“The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.”

“Our first room had what looked like poop smeared all over the floor. They did accommodate us and changed our room. It was much nicer but still very dirty. It just needs an update.”

“We had a very nice stay at Hyatt Place Columbus/Worthington. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and made the stay more convenient for our family. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would stay here again.”

“Clean safe comfortable affordable”

“We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spotless, room and linens fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh the grandkids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and engaging with us and grandkids which was very nice. Unfortunately there was vandalism to some cars ours being one, but the staff Zenia and Nazario went out of their way to help us. They gave us supplies to be able to drive 5 hrs home and Nazario even vacuumed the car out so it was safe for us to travel. So besides that glitch it...
