“The person at the desk was friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. We did not use the pool but saw people were enjoying it. Did not eat breakfast. Would stay here again.”

“I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!”

“Well, there was a fire alarm in the middle of one night, and atrocious breakfasts. After 5 nights there, I finally asked for fresh towels because the room was never serviced.”

“Laundry service and cleanliness is good when she is working! Pool is cold but the room is warm. Breakfast is ok, there is always sausage but not always eggs or waffles”

“Definitely clean bedroom, the smell of freshness and cleanliness. The sheets and the pillows were so fresh, felt very well rested.”

“La habitación muuuy bien, limpia y muy completa, tenía frigobar, excelente para guardar bebidas, lo único malo fue que el día que salimos cortaron el agua en TODO el hotel desde las 9 am y según hasta las 4 pm pero obvio eso generó incomodidad”
