“My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Concord, North Carolina, from May 9–11, 2026. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing Hilton property experience we have had in the area. “We just went here this weekend for a couple days to get away and do some antiquing. The rooms are very nice and everything was clean! The staff was amazing! The only thing that I was upset about was that the pool was closed. I didn't see anything about that when I booked the room. Also, the television in the bar leaves little to be desired. They need to really upgrade that or connect it to the internet. Other than that it was wonderful! ”

“My stay was ok. I reported that my faucet in the shower ran all night when I checked in. It didn't get fixed. What a waste of precious resource this was. Hopefully they will fix it soon.”

I was given a newly remodeled room. Room was clean. Bathtub faucet leaked the whole time. Bathroom lights are not bright enough. Ironing board was broken and kept falling down. Parts of the carpet were falling apart on the ends, paint on carpet in spots. Comforter on bed was ripped. Towels had stains on them. Tv only had sports...
