“Hotel was clean. The fastest check-in I've had. Convenient location to food and gas as well as the interstate. Quiet property and very clean, welcoming lobby. Room was perfect.”

“Very disappointed in the quality of the property. Try to stay at Hampton/Hilton when I travel and this was the worst Hampton that I've stayed at. Damaged furniture, outdated finishes, and dirty painted surfaces. No ventilation in the bathroom. Will not stay at this Hampton again even though I travel through the area several times a year.”

“Overall the room was fine. It was pet friendly and clean but room was a little stinky. It did get better once we turned the air on. Staff at check in and out were very friendly.”

“The staff was very helpful in what we needed and getting us anything extra. We were able to park in the back very close to our room and see our vehicles right outside the window. Only issues the we had was, there was no luggage stand nor ironing board (although provided one when asked for it) and the fridge seemed to freeze our drinks. “No hot water no tv horrible”

“Super clean, spacious, hot breakfast and friendly staff. 30 minutes from New River Gorge National Park.”

“Breakfast was not good. We didn't see much help in terms of getting our shower soap/liquid filled up after multiple requests. Property was renovated and hence seemed new.”

“Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.”

“The room and bathroom seemed clean. However, the carpet was filthy! The staff was amazing and helped us cancel our second night with no arguments; (we cancelled for health reasons, early end to the vacation.)”

“Staff was great. Facility could use some help: ice machines didn't work. The desk clerk took my cup and went somewhere to put ice in it. No usb ports in room for charging devices. Hair dryer in room 207 didn't work.”
