**Mid-stay cleaning is included at least once a week, depending on arrival dates. Mid-stay cleaning includes picking up after the guests, sanitizing the home, watering plants, and restocking toiletries and linens.

Refundable Utility Deposit
The total rent includes a Utility Deposit of $1,000 refundable per month.
The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.
