Ottima proprietà, perfettamente pulito, proprietario amichevole

Con ogni centimetro di questa proprietà recentemente rinnovata, Via Jacques sarà la vostra nuova casa di Palm Springs lontano da casa. Design di metà secolo indoor / outdoor living di Meiselman, aggiornato con cura nel 2013 con un cenno del capo all'estetica moderna di metà secolo / Palm Springs. Via Jacques vanta una grande piscina con spa integrata e viste impareggiabili sul Monte San Jacinto. Sistema audio interno, bar a bordo piscina e un sacco di posti in cui rilassarsi nel grande giardino sul retro. Tutte le necessità della vita come internet wireless, lavanderia completa, sistema di sicurezza domestica e garage con caricabatterie Tesla.
3 camere da letto e due bagni, soggiorno divano letto per ospitare un ospite in più o due.
Goditi le fresche notti nel deserto davanti al caminetto al fuoco di legna o al pozzo del fuoco all'aperto. Cortile privato completamente recintato. Patio coperto Alberi da frutto maturi e molte palme.
Racquet Club Estates è un quartiere tranquillo a circa 1 miglio dal centro di Palm Springs. Benvenuto in Via Jacques!

Fabulous stay!

The house was exactly as pictured, and the yard was amazing. Great location for doing things in town or heading out for a day trip. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Susan was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet, perfect for relaxing.

Marvelous Mid Century Mod

We loved the house, the host, and so close to everything. We enjoyed the pool and spa daily and had a blissful sleep each night. The kitchen was fully equipped. Perfect!

Amazing Palm Springs House

This was a perfect backyard oasis - pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for! The house was perfect for our family of 4 for a relaxing and fun weekend in Palm Springs. The location is also fantastic we were less than a 5 minute drive to every restaurant and store we wanted to go to. The house had absolutely everything we needed to have several dinners at home. The views from the backyard are stunning! Lots of spaces to lounge outside and take in the beauty!

Everything You Need!!!

The property comes as advertised. The home is well appointed with everything you need for a memorable vacation in Palm Springs. The check in process was easy and Susan was able to accommodate our family with an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The home was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, towels and pool floaties were available, no need to bring your own. The pool side bar was a nice touch and served as a great place to keep the drinks cold and mix up a margarita for happy hour. The pool, spa, fireplace, hammock lounge are the show stoppers here...the outdoor living space is amazing. We enjoyed spending mornings, afternoons and evenings in the yard. Grocery stores (Albertsons, Stater Bros), Starbucks, a few restaurants are within walking distance and if you have some time, the walk to downtown will take you about 30-40 mins. Great location in a quite and safe neighborhood! I would recommend this space for anyone looking to get away with their family for a few days or weeks!

Perfect as always!

This property is our go to when in Palm Springs. Susie is excellent to communicate with and the house is clean, and well equipped. The outside is private, and the pool and hot tub are wonderful. Raquet Club Estates is a quiet neighborhood. This house provides the perfect place to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustlenof life.

Wonderful stay, house was beautiful and well stocked for family/friends. Close to downtown. Great host communication and layout of the house and the backyard were amazing! The outdoor kitchen and grill was a plus! Pool and hot tub Was perfectly heated all times! So clean!! Laundry plus!

Relax, recharge, repeat

Palm Springs is always a family favorite, and this home was everything we could ask for in a home away from home. Our host was responsive and helpful, and was able to turn the pool a little warmer for our 3 yr old and that made all the difference in the world. The kids spent 7 days swimming and jumping in the pool, it was fabulous. Close to grocery, restaurants, tram, airport, super quiet neighborhood and we loved every minute of our trip. House was great, all the amenities, great A/C, TV options, no complaints! Will be looking to return next year!

Excellent Location for a getaway with friends

The property is just lovely. We spent the majority of our time poolside and reading perfect place to do so. The backyard really is the best! The neighborhood is pretty quiet. We really enjoyed our time there spacious enough for the 3 of us!

Perfect!

Our family have stayed at this property several times and we have never been disappointed. Susie has always been excellent to communicate with and very responsive if contacted. The house has had a few upgrades since we last stayed 3 years ago and was just perfect. The location is great for exploring local attractions and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house is exceptionally clean and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing time in the sun. The outside of the house is very well maintained, and the backyard private. Its spacious with different seating areas to relax, read, snooze and chat. The pool & hot tub are lovely and clean and provide a welcome relief from the sun. I have a lways highly recommended this house and it continues to be our go to when visiting Palm Springs.
