“This hotel was great. The room was huge, sparkling clean and all new. The mattress was very high quality and the sheets and pillows were good. The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again. ”

“This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. ”

“When I arrived at the hotel, the staff wasn't very friendly. They just did their job; there was no warmth or friendliness, just a simple "hi" and they focused on their computers. No welcome with a smile, nothing. They just did their job, gave me my key, and that was it.”

“Upon arrival the room smelled like freshly smoked weed. Second night someone pull the fire alarm and everyone was awaken early morning. There was no Continental breakfast as usual. Appliances need to be replaced. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner was old and ran very loud. You have to park across the street if hotel parking lot is full. ”

“Beach view was amazing! We stayed in a double queen split and it was everything we needed! It's not a expensive place and we didn't want overly fancy and it was perfect. Could have gone without the Karen's who were staying there complaining about some of the guests around us smoking the occasional adult products. I asked about checking out the day before and was told no refund was available.
