“This place is horrible. Waited for an hour before anyone was even visible that worked there. After attempting to check in we still had to wait another 30 mins to finish checking in due to them not being ready. I arrived on time to check in. No towels for the pool were stocked the whole time I was there. Will not go back. Rather sleep in my car.”

“The staff need to be more prepared for big events! Had to wait over 2 hours to get a clean room! Also they need to not let some people have rooms until the 1st people that have checked in get a room!”

“We travel to Omaha a lot and I think we found our favorite hotel! The property is clean, the check in lady was amazing and the breakfast!!!!! We will definitely be staying here again and again.”

“The entire main areaa of the motel smelled like a men’s locker room. The sheets and blankets were worn and scratchy and the pillows were very old and flat”

“The breakfast was very bare bones. The laundry is in the open in hallway leading to the rooms and it was very dirty. The room was okay but we would choose a different place next time.”

“Room very nice hotel very quiet except for some street noise that quieted down after 11 pm. Breakfast was good and plenty of room. Parking was across a sky bridge and was a bit awkward to cross, but still works. Obvious hotel is under staffed as front desk personnel doing multiple jobs. Was also impossible to get through to property directly on the phone.”

After one and a half hours of being opened, the following food for breakfast was totally out: coffee, OJ, Apple Juice, bread, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffle butter spray, spoons, pastries, plates. Had to go to the main desk and get help. The gal who helped looked like I woke her up when she came out from behind a closed door. She went to the dining area, and saw what was missing. Took her a half hour to get some eggs and semi frozen in the middle...

“The place was fairly clean and not too outdated. Very simple breakfast options. But if you're just needing a uncomfortable bed with small pillows for a night and not expecting much, then it works.”

“Room had roaches and mice. The door had daylight coming from under the door and we couldnt lock it. Rough driveway. If the town wasnt sold out on hotels we would have left immediately. Only thing good was the cold AC.”

“Website did not give notice of a major remodel taking place. No laundry available, could not use pool.breakfast was late starting and was fair. Property to change hands end of year to Marriot.”
