“This place was so beautiful and quiet. I loved it. The people were so helpful. The front desk also helped me with getting a ride around the island to take some pictures from the taxi driver. The complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious. They had an espresso machine, pan dulce and fruits available. My room overlooked the surrounding jungle and beach it was amazing. ”

“Beautiful island and hotel. Friendly staff. Only two restaurants in hotel with same menu every night. A lot to do on island. Not much to do at hotel. Overall would definitely go back. ”
“Let me start by saying. I’m fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. I’ve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. I’ve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels.
Casa Del Jaguar didn’t miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly.
The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful through out our stay.

“I don’t think I can say enough good things about this resort, not only is it on the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres but it’s still tucked off where it feels secluded and quiet, the staff was amazing Karen who works the front desk during the day, went out of her way to help us with spa treatments, recommendations, and was really such a pleasure to be around, she was very personable and you could tell she loved what she did and she was happy to help in anyway she could, the Lotus was also...
“The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories”

“Resort con molti servizi tutti di alto valore. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Turquoise tower e avevamo anche il maggiordomo del piano a nostra disposizione, Manolo, che si è rivelato molto utile oltre che una persona eccezionale.
Presso questa struttura ci siamo sentiti molto accuditi.
