The location and views of this property are absolutely amazing, as the hotel sits on a 20 foot cliff Oceanside so you have constant breezes. You can climb down the rocks and get in the ocean and if it’s not too windy, you can get in the water as it is a rocky area.
Online pics are likely old when the previous owner was operating it, it has substantial wear and tear and needs some love:)
Shared kitchen is ill equipped, we bought a coffee maker for our large group of 10. The AC seemed to work fine in all the rooms, although temps were mild 82 was the high, and we opened our large windows at night and did not use the AC. Our rooms were clean, but we had to maintain them on our own. There were no staff present during the day to do any room housekeeping. Manager was available & fairly responsive via text. One staff was present 9 to 5, he spent the entire day on his phone, sweeping sand off the decks areas and occasionally dropping chemicals in the pool. He did empty the trash from the common areas before he left in the late afternoon. He was under utilized and could be doing so much more to bring that place up to where it was. The pool was pretty cloudy the entire eight day stay and we addressed this concern with the manager, he said they shocked it, which I’m not positive about:( they are obviously on a shoestring budget by all appearances. It would be nice if they had on-site manager that lived in the apartment and then it could be properly cared for & maintained
