“First night our a/c was extremely loud, and smoke detector went off twice. We notified office next morning that day they had replaced the a/c unit and fixed the smoke alarm! They had a great response time for our concerns and were very apologetic for the lack of sleep we got the night before. A free night would have been great for the extreme lack of sleep and inconvenience, but also we did not ask. ”

“We had a room on the top floor and felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. It was very quiet and we barely saw other guests during our entire 4 night stay. Bathroom was nice. Maid service didn’t come daily so that would be the only complaint. ”

“This was our family’s second time staying at this hotel near Disneyland, and once again, it didn’t disappoint.
To be honest, I initially considered booking a different hotel this time—just to try something new. But after comparing several options, it became clear that no other place checked all the boxes quite like this one.

“The hotel has a small cafe where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food/drinks were good. It closed early one evening on Saturday due to lack of customers. Understandably as disney parks are very close and being a weekend, people went out. Would stay there again. ”

“The room was to be expected for a Best Western. However, staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast room was kept incredibly clean and well-stocked each morning. “Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per la sua vicinanza ai parchi Disneyland. Fuori dall'hotel passa un autobus che ti porta direttamente lì e il servizio molto comodo e rapido. Per essere un 4 stelle, ci saremmo aspettati maggiori servizi in camera, come ad esempio la presenza di un bollitore per il tè. La colazione il primo giorno è stata servita in una sala buffet, con la possibilità di scegliere da soli e servirsi e ci ha molto soddisfatto. Inspiegabilmente gli altri giorni questa sala...

“The check in process was quick and simple. Plenty of parking. Everything was kept clean, from the property to our rooms.
My only recommendation for the them would be to have some type of small patio with an ashtray for the smokers.
There are plenty of people who smoke with no place to sit down and have a moment. which leads to them smoking in random places. If you have a designated spot with benches, umbrellas then they become localized which is easier to keep clean.”

“Feels like such a tucked away gem! So much lovelier and more peaceful than the other hotels close to Disney. Our front desk greeter was exceptionally kind and helpful which really meant a lot getting in after a hectic travel day. Excellent experience across the board. ”
