Hotel vicino a Parco divertimenti Next To Heaven - Townsend

“great view”

“Loved this place! Super clean and very friendly staff and I loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7! I’ll definitely be back and I recommended anyone visiting the Smokies come here”

“The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area.”

“Nice clean hotel walking distance to The Island . Top notch for the price.”

“This was our first time at a property like this. This really gave you a semblance of camping - our tent was in the middle of a meadow but there were others towards the edge near the trees if that was your choice. It was family friendly. The food was much better than we expected. There was live music (we could have done without) but it kept all the young ones entertained. The desk staff was very welcoming and were always available. There was no cell service and no internet. But the facility has...

“Breakfast could have been a different variety each day, they had the same thing every morning, No variety of fruit like bananas, Great location to be able to walk to the main street and not have to pay twice for parking because you already had to pay to park at hotel.”

“We had a very peaceful stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Continental breakfast was pastries and cereals, but worked fine for us.”

“Works. Decent for money”

“Wonderful experience, beautiful lobby with ample leather sofas and stone fireplace and so cozy! Rooms equipped with everything needed and best powerful huge rain shower head and yummy smelling bath wash. Shower large and no tin but full shower which is wonderful. Will definitely stay again.”

“Motel carino in una bella zone, purtroppo però il bagno era datatissimo con doccia vecchia e nessun tappo per la vasca. Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“The stay was okay. But no one spoke English. We asked for no one to go in and straighten our room, they went in anyway. If the place had a little makeover, paint, and wash down everything outside, it would be a much better stay.”

“The room we stayed in was clean and cozy, we liked the Jacuzzi and the complimentary breakfast.”
