“Staff was very welcoming.”

Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato un riscontro via e-mail (abbiamo lasciato l’hotel) ma sono passati due giorni e non è successo nulla. ”

We booked shortly before arriving, check in was a breeze, the room setup was perfect for us as we have preteens who were able to stay up late in the adjacent room without bothering us. “I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. “The place was clean, but behind the couch was an empty wine bottle. The television in the living room was broken by the last tenants, so hubby and I were confined to the bedroom to watch tv. The host wanted to switch it out the next day, but we decided not to. The WiFi was bad. While watching a movie, the WiFi kept buffering. The area was good. The Host will not budge with having late check out.”
