“We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Flames! We stayed for 10 days while visiting family in Whangarei and it was the perfect oasis. The convenience of the room service was unmatched, especially as I am pregnant and have to eat first thing in the morning to not get sick. Raewyn was so hospitable and kind, as were the rest of the staff. The view from our room was beautiful and the aircon made it so comfortable at all times of day. We will definitely stay here in the future and would highly recommend...

“We got in to Whangarei late, and after a little bit of a challenge trying to find the entrance, we found the front desk. From there our experience was great. The staff were welcoming, talked to us about the parking, and chatted to us about where to find some great restaurants (within easy walking distance). Good air con, the kitchen was supplied for cooking if so chosen, very good guest information to select eating places - Sal’s New York pizza was very good. Excellent shower. Superb value.”

“Ho trovato tutto quanto era previsto: ambienti spaziosi e forniti di tutto quanto necessita sia in bagno sia in zona cucina. Il motel dista 1,5 km dal centro ma a pochissima distanza si trovano due supermercati e vari fast food e pizzerie. La piscina è piccola ma pulita, il Wi-Fi un po’ lento, ma i pregi turistici della zona di Whangārei (kiwi museum specialmente) fanno soprassedere a trascurabili piccoli difetti”
