“We were put in a room by a huge barking dog that I could smell. It was so gross! Complaining about the barking the staff moved us up tp floor 2, that was pleasant. ”

“I love staying at the Iowa House when I visit my son at Iowa State. It is very close to campus, definitely within walking distance. The rooms are always clean and cool. The dining room always has something to eat at all hours. Breakfast in the mornings are always good. I even got a text asking if I would be eating breakfast. The staff are great and very accommodating. When I go to Ames, this is the first place I look to stay.”
