“There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. It wasn't until I was circling back around the hotel that my partner came outside and said someone finally showed up at the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous. “Front desk attendant Grace was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us and even brought extra sheets, etc to our room herself. She answered all questions and was extremely nice, polite and professional. Our king suite was very roomy and clean. The only thing we would have appreciated is a chair. There is more than enough room. Breakfast was good and kids loved the you make waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles!”

“ Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Renovations & upgrades are obviously in progress and hallway & room were clean with new carpets & fresh paint. Bathtub & sink area molding & caulking were old & need replacement. Price reflected a minimum of amenities, but advertising breakfast & not even providing coffee was unacceptable. If there was a temporary reason why breakfast was not provided, the Mgr. should have told us when we checked in & we would not have been disappointed in the...

“This Hotel is horrible! It looks as if it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Carpets are all stained, bedding was stained, hair in the sheets, secondary security lock was broken on the inside of the door. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana as you could smell it everywhere. It was like 100 room trap house. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, after all she doesn’t own the place she just works there. They charged me $50 to cancel my stay. This place needs torn down so a decent...
