“First and foremost Split Rock did not make me aware that we were staying separately from the actual hotel. This may have been a blessing because the hotel seems like its falling apart. Everything is old and needs to be updated. The place is so dirty and things donts even work. I was very disappointed with the experience and will not be returning. The waterpark was horrendous”

“Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting.
