“I checked in and by the look of the place I should’ve ran.. when I got into the room. The AC wasn’t working. I called front desk and they said there was nothing they can do about it. They didn’t have any extra room. I called Expedia and they said they would help me with it. The manager said they would give me a refund. They just needed to hear from Expedia. manager denied refund. “Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE.
