“There were a lot of kids eating in the pool and throwing trash in the pool. The parents were sitting out there with loud music and alcohol. The hot tub didn’t work.”

“We stayed in the apartment which is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. A great value.”

“Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only reason I gave it a 3 star was because the smell throughout the hotel and room. I’m thinking the carpet was dirty throughout.”

“The worse visit I have ever experienced in a stay. Dirty facility, unserviced room before arrival, uneducated staff for problem solving and unethical response by staff. Expedia isn’t responsible for this since I’ve had other stays with great experience, but it was the actual hotel WoodSpring that made it a horrible experience. Never going back to that chain, but will continue using Expedia for future bookings”

“La habitación estaba cómoda,la chica de recepción amable;el detalle fue en el almuerzo,dejé ambos papeles de el desayuno (éramos 2 personas) y solo me dieron un, les comenté que me faltó un y según lo iban a preparar y esperé por media hora y al final me dijeron que ya habían cerrado la cocina; me quedé sin almorzar!”

“I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. ”

“staff is great , but the night stands and dresser had cigarette burns, the shower made a noise was on, the toilet cover was old , the sheets weren’t cleaned after 1 night , horrible smell in the room, when we go there the ac was turned off and it was so hot for a good hour. i definitely don’t recommend staying here.”
