Hidden away on one of the most iconic streets in Downtown Phoenix, our home is walking distance to Roosevelt Row, restaurants, bars, and shopping! This beautiful historic home is thoughtfully decorated and furnished to give you a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The backyard offers a dipping pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a double pergola under shade trees - a backyard oasis. The Master Suite has a king bed and private bath. We've included all of the amenities for a wonderful & enjoyable stay! :-)
The space
Beautiful 100+ yr old house IN downtown Phoenix. This house has a master bedroom with a private bathroom; the 2nd & 3rd large bedrooms each have a queen bed, sitting area, & closet; the 4th bedroom-type space serves as both an office with desk & chair, as well as an extra guest room. It includes a Full-size fouton, a queen air mattress, and a Graco pack-and-play crib for the little ones. It adjoins the master in the hallway and also shares a jack&jill bathroom with bedroom 3.
Guest access
There is ample parking in the driveway as well as on the street. Entry to the house is through a digital lock & check-in can be any time after 4pm. It is a short walk to the heart of downtown Phoenix including sports (Phx Suns, Mercury, & Diamondbacks), shopping, restaurants, bars, nightlife, concerts, music halls, museums -- everything the 5th largest city in America has to offer!
Other things to note
We have a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. But it IS a house. Which means that occasionally things will break or need maintenance - just like every house, ever. If you are an extremely high maintenance person who prefers the service of the Ritz-Carlton and would get very upset if a lightbulb was burned out, a window was sticking, or a sink or toilet got clogged, then I highly recommend you book the Ritz, it is lovely.
We pride ourselves in taking great care of our home, and we respond to inquiries and issues within an hour. That being said, sometimes stuff happens. I am confident that you will enjoy our beautiful home; give us the opportunity to work hard for you and we will! :-) Super-high maintenance people need not apply, it'll be better for everyone that way ;-)
