“It’s a nice property with a very nice beach, the rooms were big with a separate living room area. When we booked the room beach chairs were included for no extra cost, then we get there and it’s $80 a day for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella. There was an $11 service fee to set up the chairs and umbrella and then we still had to leave a tip! I have no issue tipping but why a service charge? What’s that for? “We arrived late, around 8 pm, and even then, we had to wait for a room. Apparently, we were upgraded, but we ended up in the same room we had reserved. We were informed that someone needed to inspect the room before completing the check-in process. When we arrived, we found a disgusting used Q-tip under the bed. “Seriously need to get new beds. Some not all of the staff are unhappy and rude. They provided cute festivities for the kids (I.e animal show and magic show) The rooms need updating and they seriously need fabric softener. Food needs help too. Ordered a hamburger for dinner and it was tea nasty. Hair in the salad. The ac in the room was broken. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again in the future.”
