“While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! ”

“The room had stains on the wall. The bedding had cigarette holes, given that it was a smoking room but c'mon! The shower head was awful and the water wasn't very hot. Now, let me tell you about the worst part, I have bites from head to toe. My face, shoulders, back of legs and feet. Bed bug bites!!! We had to wash and dry everything on high heat for 2 hours. We thought maybe it was mosquitos since there wasn't a screen on the window, but the last night we were there I saw a tiny bed bug on my...

“The hotel was decent and for the price it was on par with that. All I would say is that is was decent and clean nothing spectacular but nothing terrible. Middle of the road place. I would say however that the coffee is awful no half and half or flavored creamer and it tasted like it was made with yesterday’s grounds. That’s really my only complaint any hotel should at-least have a decent coffee set up.”

We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

“All I can say is OH MY! After moving 2 times, we finally located a room with blankets. We were attending a rodeo and there were no other rooms in town, or we would have selected a different place to sleep. My mother-in-law, who is 90, got bit by something on her hand. I got bit on my finger during the night. The staff couldn't have been nicer, but their hands are tied.”
