“Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell. “Camera bella e pulita. Piscina con sdraio e ombrelloni. Colazione buona (cereali, pane tostato, succhi vari, caffè, macchinetta per waffle) in ampia sala dedicata (peccato per l'aria condizionata un po' troppo alta). Siamo stati molto bene. ”

“We would of liked a microwave in our room We have stay here a few times and we always got a microwave but not this time. and the refrigerator inside the freezer part of it was so frozen there was a lot of ice build up on it.
