“Such a beautiful surprise. The staff is very hospitable, the area is peaceful (there is even a sauna and draft beer), and the room was clean. Boulder is a 15-minute drive, and Nederland is around 30 minutes, so good location imo. ”

We love the bedroom setup.. 3 Adults and a 10yr old.. everyone can have their own bed.. the lobby and outside area are very chill not to mention amenities like the Gym and AWESOME Hott Tub .. this was our 3rd year and we look forward to visiting again someday soon”

“The hotel is older and shows it but only cosmetic. The balcony had a view of the river which was nice. The AC unit was very old and if used was very loud and didn’t work well. Overall the location was great. ”

The one thing I didn’t like about my stay was when playing the slot machines, my husband and I waited hours before any staff greeted us and offered a drink. That is supposed to be part of the gambling experience is the complimentary drinks while gambling. This was the only thing I was impressed about for my stay everything else was amazing! ”
