Hotel a Pingree Grove

“Room was spacious and clean. Our floor was quite, breakfast was hot and had lots of options. We did use the pool which was a bit chilly and the room air was very cold. We both had on going shivers when we got back to the room. The pool water was really cloudy also. Otherwise a great stay. This is our 2nd time there.”

“Overall, the property is in rather good condition, however, Saturday afternoon, around 4pm, the elevator suddenly quit working and guests were not notified, nor were any signs placed on or near the elevator. This made it rather difficult as Saturday night we had to carry two heavy wedding gifts down three flights of stairs and the next morning we had to carry all of our luggage, including a larger cooler, down the same amount of stairs.”

“Two thumbs up for a very quiet hotel stay with good (Starbucks) coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. A tiny, indoor pool is perfect for smaller kids. Like a lot of hotels, this one is suffering from a lack of staff so the on-site bar and restaurant were closed during my stay. If that is important to you, call ahead to see if they will be open during your stay.”

“Front desk check in was very friendly and informative. Asked for restaurant recommendations and was glad to hear of so many great suggestions since we are not from this area. Easy access to Medieval Times and many shopping options.Room was clean and comfortable. ”

“Rachel was amazing at the front desk. She was courteous and sweet. She was very accommodating. The grands had fun in the pool. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We didnt have breakfast but the coffee was great. Will stay again when we are in the area. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and hospitable with willingness to go above and beyond the norm to make guests feel welcomed. They accommodated our room needs as we were traveling with an elderly woman that required a little extra attention. We had breakfast in the café at the hotel and our server Lynn was fantastic with serving us and meeting the extra needs of our table. The food was plentiful and delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!”
