“Clean, safe, quiet hotel within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. It’s a short drive to the amphitheater for concerts and the staff were helpful with how to navigate the area. The bar has a surprisingly affordable happy hour and the pool and gym were great too. ”

“I loved everything about this place more than fair price for the room and it’s truly an introverts dream stay due to the check in/out process. Either way it’s a nice hotel to be at if you are in need of a place in or near Pleasant hill I couldn’t fathom a reason why you wouldn’t go here! ”

I had to ask a complete stranger to help guide me while backing out because the spaces are so tight and poorly designed, so keep that in mind when choosing a spot! Overall a great stay. ”

"L'hotel è situato a pochi passi da union square. Sebbene si noti una recente ristrutturazione il bagno della camera appare un poco datato. La camera però è accogliente e molto pulita. La biancheria di ottima qualità. Il personale è cortese e pronto a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Passando al tema sicurezza della zona: sono presenti alcuni senzatetto, ma non danno alcun fastidio per cui non si avverte alcuna sensazione di pericolo. Ottima quindi la location in quanto vicina a negozi di marche conosciute e con presenza di molti ristoranti e diner."

Il deposito richiesto è un po’ alto e ci vogliono diversi giorni dopo il check out per averlo sbloccato.
Lo staff è disponibile e molto gentile.
Al secondo piano ci sono diversi servizi a disposizione degli ospiti tra cui un distributore d’acqua, il bollitore e le lavatrici e asciugatrici a pagamento.

"Al momento del check in la ragazza alla reception non trovava la prenotazione e ci ha chiesto di contattare la piattaforma da cui avevamo prenotato. Dopo circa una mezz’ora ha trovato i nostri dati e ci ha registrati, scusandosi per il disagio. Ci ha offerto la colazione per il disguido. Tutto sommato hanno gestito bene il problema.
