“Booked for 3 nights and paid to park. Left after 1 night & was not able to speak with anyone by the phone number provided despite many attempts. The woman @ the desk did not seem to care about my concerns, refused any refund for parking or the $45/day resort fee.

Female bartender at the outside bar was very pleasant
2 oz of sparkling wine at check in
Cookies in the lobby in the evening
Learned a valuable lesson; look at lowest reviews 1st as many of the "Terrible"...

“Pool and breakfast were great. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night at 5am due to low battery. Unfortunately when we called the front desk and went to the front desk no one was there for a few minutes and then instead of staff replacing battery my husband was given a random battery found hoping it would work. “We reserved a 2 queen bedroom villa, when we arrived the hostess appeared to not care too much about her job and did not offer the champagne, (which I saw on you tube and was excited to enjoy) once we entered our room, it was full of bugs, like abnormally full of bugs. We spent one night, which we didint get queen beds, they well full beds. My wife woke up with bed bug bits,(I’ll upload) photos. Once I complained, the manager was extremely thoughtful and listened, he sent us to another building...

“The staff during our entire stay were helpful, professional and kind. The property was well maintained and the staff cleaning our room each day did an exceptional job. My only complaint is that the area around the pool near the chairs was at times filthy. There were numerous cigarette butts that were on the ground in the same place for our entire stay. That would not deter us from coming back to the property again. We love Holiday Inn and Suites Clearwater.”

“I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is perfect, very safe, and has great amenities nearby. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My room was exactly what I was needing for my stay. It was quiet, clean, and I did use the fitness room, which had enough for a quick workout.
