“The house was as described in the listing. Clean. We like that each room had its own heating/cooling unit to set as we liked. We traveled with our adult children. Everyone enjoyed the patio area with the hot tub/outdoor ax game. Convenient walking distance to shopping, eateries, and not far drive to local attractions. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. For Christmas we gifted my brother and sister in law a weekend away with us to go to a Sharks game and the Winchester Myster House tour. It was a big deal becuase it was the 1st time they were leaving their 9 month old twins. The property was perfect. We all stated how clean and easy to check in it was. We didn't spend of lot of time at the house but we would go back when we could hang and relax. The kitchen was stocked with water, coffee and snacks...

“Tina was a great host. It fit our family of 6 with a toddler comfortably. There were tons of towels and storage space for clothes and other items. We loved the complimentary house slippers. The backyard was nice to sit out at the table to enjoy meals or quiet time. We had everything we needed and it was centrally located. Our only complaints were that the knives were dull and the knife sharpener didn't work and the many bugs outside in the covered car port. All that was missing was an insect...

“Things we really liked: The location was convenient and very walkable to Japantown and downtown SJ. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. Very short wait for hot water in the shower and sinks to start up. The owners were very quick and responsive to messages sent through the app. Beautiful succulents in the back yard.
