“Top location. Far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle, whilst still having easy travel to all locations and having everything you need nearby (e.g. shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, river views, etc). The pool is heated even though it is outdoors making it a potential year-round pleasure. Kids had an amazing time. Perfect family friendly hotel and location. Definitely plan on making this our destination for future Melbourne travels.”

“The apartment we stayed in was fine. However what was disappointing was the customer service and treatment we received from Caitlin at the front desk. On two occasions Caitlin was rude and lacked professionalism. When we discussed the situation with the manager and informed her of what happened and how rude Caitlin was, the response we received was lack lustre. Customer service at this hotel is lacking and disappointing.”

“Terza volta e spero non ultima. Tutto perfetto, grande disponibilità da parte del personale. Va bene sia per turismo, fermata del tram che porta in centro sotto casa, sia per business poiché facilmente connessa alla highway.”

“Ottimo soggiorno per visitare Melbourne. Giusto un po’ fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con tram gratuito fuori dall’albergo. Camera ampia e molto confortevole. Consigliato!!”

“Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. ”

“Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous.”

“Very disappointing. Parking very scarce near reception and while searching, many one way alleys had us spending too much time just getting to check in. Then the guy on the counter also seemed to be reservations so we had to wait while he completed a demanding transaction on the phone. Finally got to drive into the car park, way after the 2 minutes allowed on the street-park. The car park door eventually opened after swiping the card many times. At room level, the place looked like a student...
