“An excellent hotel for a weekend away. The staff are efficient, friendly, and communicative. The building and grounds are atmospheric and striking. The food is high quality, especially dinner in the main restaurant. Both bars are well run and the staff are flexible. ”

“The room was clean. Check in was pleasant although Prosecco a bit flat. The menu offered in the room by the coffee facilities was totally inaccurate and bore no resemblance to the menu in the restaurant. The dishes came with potato but the side dishes were potato based and only one vegetable option -an unbalanced menu. The cod at dinner was badly cooked and inedible. A message was sent to the kitchen but there was no recompense or response. Overall dinner was highly expensive and not good value....

Non proprio centrale, serve la macchina per arrivare e si può parcheggiare nel comodo spazio privato del pub. Lo raccomando a chiunque”

“Staff were great and attentive. Particularly those serving at breakfast. Room was super cosy and cute. Only issue was that the smell of drainage hit us as soon as we opened our hotel room door - we were room 3. Fantastic stay otherwise and would definitely recommend. ”
