“What a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event. ”

“A very enjoyable stay. Room was immaculate. Heating and electric blankets made it cosy. Very spacious and excellent bathroom facilities Continental breakfast was a nice touch and I will be back soon. Very impressed”

“The escape villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and stunning tree views. The fireplace is a true centerpiece—gorgeous to look at from anywhere in the villa, while also providing excellent warmth and comfort. The open-plan jacuzzi is another highlight, perfectly positioned to take in the views. Both the couch and the bedding are very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. A couple of small areas could be improved: the TV reception wasn’t great, and some of the bathroom...
