“Newer hotel and convenient to get to off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area and good selection. From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“Our family members were staying doors down from us and did not have air and the room was not exactly clean when they arrived and were assigned to that room. It was very hot in their room and the staff member. All they said was that they could bring him a fan so the kids did come to our room not real happy about that. The least they could’ve done is given him a different room or gave him money back on their stay otherwise our room was fine.”

“Was a clean place to stay for the night. They had no ice thought and the vanity light was terrible. Not very well lit.”

“The facility was poorly laid out. Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service. There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel. The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk)”

“The TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. ”

“The stay was good, grandkids enjoy the water park. Continental breakfast is good. The only thing I found was the chair in our room 164 was not comfortable to sit in. Previous stay had a straight red chair much more comfortable to sit in.”

“We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.”
